Better than takeout, and healthier too - this 30-minute Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry is bursting with rich, savory flavor and pleases even the pickiest eaters. ~
2 large (or 3 small-medium) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
3 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup water or chicken broth
Sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce or oyster sauce
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons  vinegar
1/2 cup cold water + 1 tablespoon almond flour
green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Whisk together all sauce ingredients (except for water and almond flour) and set aside.
Drizzle a large skillet over medium heat with oil. Add chicken, season with Chinese five spice, and saute for 6-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 
Add broccoli florets to pan, saute 2-3 minutes until broccoli starts to become crisp on the edges. Add 1/3 cup water or chicken broth and cook for 4-6 minutes longer until broccoli is fork-tender. 
Add chicken back to pan. Pour sauce into the pan and give it a good stir. Whisk together 1/2 cup cold water and almond flour until dissolved, then stir into the pan. Once sauce has thickened (about 1 minute) cook 2-3 minutes longer, then garnish with onions and sesame seeds and serve.

I made these babies for dinner the other night for my boyfriend and I and they were AMAZING! I seasoned the shrimp with @mrm_usa turmeric powder plus some cumin and they were so flavorful. I love all of the superfoods @mrm_usa has! Details for recipe below. They were so simple and such a perfect meal!

Deets: 2 large sweet potatoes (I used my pressure cooker for these but you could bake them too), steamed kale, tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, chopped pepper, avocado, scallions, cilantro, 1/2 pound of wild Argentinian Red Shrimp tossed in 1/2 teaspoon of @MRM_usa turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin, dash of chili powder, salt, pepper, dash of coconut aminos and juice from 1/2 lime...sautéed in coconut aminos for about 2 minutes per side. Sauce: mix together 3 tablespoons tahini with 2 teaspoons coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice, mix and add water to consistency. •

Ingredients
 1 and 1/4 pounds of medium to large shrimp peeled and deveined
 2 teaspoons olive oil
 14 ounce can of tomatoes undrained, crushed
 2 teaspoons garlic minced
 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
 salt and pepper to taste
 3 zucchini spiralized into noodles
 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
 1/3 cup kalamata olives halved
 Optional garnishes: chopped parsley and lemon wedges
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until just starting to turn pink.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds more. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the crushed tomatoes and oregano and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is bubbling Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed.
Heat another pan over medium-high heat and add the zucchini noodles. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally until noodles have just started to soften, 3-4 minutes.

To serve, divide the zucchini noodles between 4 bowls. Spoon the shrimp and tomato mixture evenly over the bowls and top with feta cheese and olives. Serve, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired.

3 c. riced broccoli
1 large egg
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tsp. freshly chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Microwave riced broccoli for 1 minute to steam. Carefully ring out extra moisture from the broccoli using paper towel or cheesecloth.
2. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and add egg, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Transfer dough to baking sheet and shape into a thin, round crust. 
3. Bake until golden and dried out, 20 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and bake until cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 10 minutes more. Garnish with parsley and pepper flakes if using.
