So grateful for this journey and all of the supportive people I’ve met along the way 💕💕💕
Happy Friday 🤗🌸 After yesterday’s rest day, I felt like I had so much more energy to lift heavier in my leg session today 🏋🏻♀️ Started with compound lifts like hip thrusts, deadlifts and then ended with some accessory exercises as per. Also why are split squats like the hardest exercise ever lol. V painful but also v good for the bum so got to be done 🤷🏻♀️
Ending my training week at Evolve 353 tomorrow morning for a HIIT circuit class booked through @esquaredfitness_uk 🙌🏼 Might be biased but I actually do love the app since I’m able to find new studios near me that I haven’t tried before. And especially with trying to do more yoga/ Pilates classes, this will definitely come in handy 😋
Feeling so good this week with my training, eating and general mentality. I’m continuing in doing more research in nutrition and am looking at some online courses I can do. If you know of any, please do let me know 🙏🏼✨ ...

The hardest thing for me to achieve is defining my abs. Although I work them until they burn 🔥 and try my best to eat healthy wholesome meals, sometimes I struggle with my sweet tooth and working shift work 💪🏼 Just have to keep grinding !! ...
