Is it possible to have a social life without sabotaging your weightloss journey❓

And the answer is yes❗
•
As an example I had big client lunch yesterday (restaurant did not have very healthy options not gonna lie...) and went out after work with some colleagues, had few drinks and was not obsessed that I shouldn't do that. And at the end of the day it all fit in my cutting calories.
•
How do you do that?
•
First of all if know in advance, have a PLAN.
- Save some calories on other days in the week to balance them out.
- Have a lighter food for other meals of that day (effectively saving calories).
- If it's an option, make better choice when eating out, eg. go for salad rather than burger or swap your fries with side salad, well you get the point.
- Don't drink your calories (go for water or diet/zero drinks).
- Alcohol? Have self control and don't get wasted as that's when you lose control and end the night with McDonalds.
- Choose clear spirits rather than sugar filled cocktails (my choice: gin+slimline or vodka+diet coke).
-After a night out don't give in to fast food fix, get home, have protein filled meal (best idea to have it ready before hand as cooking even slightly drunk is tricky business 😂).
- Drink water throughout the night and have one big glass before bed (best cure for rehydration and hangover).

And last but not least, don't overtink! Make good choices and enjoy your time!
