Me preguntan mucho cuáles ejercicios hago al entrenar pompi, aquí les dejo mis favoritos!! Recuerda q cada ejercicio varía en intensidad, frecuencia, peso, etc ... no siempre los hago igual 😉

💥squats (barra olímpica, smith, mancuerna).
💥 hip thrust (glute bridge, barra olímpica, smith).
💥 patada polea (flex, extensión, de pie, en banco).
💥 sumo squats (barra, mancuerna).
💥 abductores (máquina, poleas, ligas, libre) .
.
Y lo más importante, disciplina, constancia y la dieta adecuada a tus objetivos, ... a echarle ganitas!! 🙌

Finished meal prep after a long ass day. I am BEAT. But it’s #worthit for the gainzzz. 
As I’m getting busier I’m relying on meal prep more to keep me on track. I’m even getting rid of oatmeal 😱 Everybody relax please it’s okay. I just am actually getting rid of whey protein in general for now to see if it helps me skin. So stay tuned. 
Anyways let me tell ya about what I’ll be eating this week:
Meal 1: scrambled egg/egg whites, with bell pepper, onion, and roasted sweet ps. Eggs I’ll make the day of but having the sweets all ready to go will make brekkie quick. 
Meal 2: roasted vegetables (golden beets, cauliflower, and carrots) with baked balsamic chicken. Possible to add some sautéed kale tbd I haven’t decided yet haha. 
Meal 3: Taco salad topped with shredded salsa chicken that I did in the crockpot (just add chicken, jar of salsa, diced onion, lime juice, taco seasoning, and cilantro)
WHEW. If you need me I’ll be a lump on my couch for the remainder of the evening ✌🏼.
