After a somewhat mini bulk during our three week winter 😂 I’m getting ready for bikinis all day errr day. Who’s with me?! 🙋🏼‍♀️

Remember! The more weight you lose the less you expend as your metabolism declines so you have to adjust your deficit or activity level accordingly to prevent stalls/ plateaus.

Try out a HIIT workout Joe made! 
10 ROUNDS:
1. 10 Devils Presses (burpees w/ dumbbells) 
2. 20 wall balls 
3. 20 Crossfit Sit-ups or banded mountain climbers (tie band to a pole or machine, and put your feet in the handles)
4. 20- Single arm push presses (10-each) -

Blessed to do the little things with YOU 💪🏼❤️ last night we were scrolling and started laughing how we’d FaceTime every night & count down the days until we’d see each other. Don’t take being with YOUR person for granted. You’re blessed with any hour you have with them each day, make it count 💪🏼do things to grow together. We just started A Course in Miracles (Made Easy) that we read out loud together! Quality time doesn’t always have to cost you money😍✨ #blessed #bestself #selflove.
